"We love Sal's Pizzeria for its delicious food and great service! However, we had an issue with the billing. A 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, which I didn't appreciate, my party was 4 kids and I. When we asked our server to remove it so we could leave a tip of our choice, it wasn't taken off. To make matters more confusing, there was another space on the check to add an additional tip. This place was incredible. Me and my family have an autistic kid (13 years old) with very specific needs, and this pizzeria provided them wonderful. The food was a perfect balance of not too grease but still tasty, the noise was at a minimum and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. And the main lady/server names “Claudia” was such an understanding and caring for my little brother and was such a amazing wonderful lady, she was amazing and understanding women who deserve a visit
