Overpriced! He charges for everything even when it was included in the price paid. He charged for some parts twice. When the car was done and I paid every penny he asked for he owed me a refund of $250.00 which he refused to pay. When I went there to show him he said "this is not a good time, I am very busy". I never heard from him. Eventually I'll file a small claims suit to get my money!!
Horrible customer service & overpriced. Went for break lights service & after two days I had the same problem. I went back so that the problem could be fixed, but the owner refused to help me out. $200 for a horrible job. Won’t be going back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
If you are looking for an honest mechanic. This is the place to go
It’s not the same as Jack was there. The new owner actual former employee old guy is very very rude and unprofessional. For putting air in tires i always leave $20 tip and i am using this place for 10 years for different mechanical issues too . This rude guy refuses to put air because you don’t take any other services. But my car is a leased car and belongs to dealership who takes care of the rest . Anyways i use oil change with Sal’s brakes change but this particular odd guy is something horrible.
The owner Sal, is a grumpy republican! Very unprofessional and always with a bad temper. Stay away unless you want overpriced services. If I could give it 0 stars I would!
