Completely refuse to assist me with a service history enquiry, My van was serviced by them but no paperwork to confirm, fobbed me off saying they don't help with enquiries like this, very poor service as there's no breach of GDPR or anything data related. I would of expected better so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Purchased my 1st VW Transporter from here last week. Could not fault the whole process from start to finish. Amanda looked after me and was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. I felt at ease from the moment I stepped into the forecourt to driving my van away a few days later. I am thrilled with the van, and I know in the future I will be looked after with servicing & MOT's etc. Thank you all at Salop Vans!
Purchased T5 Van on 06/06/16 , any one can sell you a vehicle that you wish to purchase, although it is the aftercare & professionalism that completes the experience. Salop Vans certainly fulfill that role . Highly recommended Replacement of previous 5 star review that had over 1,500 views , although disappeared ~ hence current version
