We had an unexpected breakdown while my wife was travelling to Wales — limp mode light on and loss of power. The team diagnosed the issue same day, sourced the part, and had the repair completed by the next morning. Communication was clear, the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, and they treated my wife with genuine care and professionalism throughout. Exceptional service and highly recommended.
I took my 4x4 to these people, never known such terrible workmanship. They taped the wires to the roof bars which came off as soon as it got wet, they drilled holes in the dash that were too big so bodged a cover up with 2 big washers. They wired the lights up using a dodgy relay that kept discharging my battery. I called & Lenn & he told me to “prove it”. Derek is so rude, closing hours are 4pm (Friday) yet I received a call 15:30 asking me why I haven’t collected my car yet and everyone is waiting to go home and it’s my fault. Honestly never been spoken to the way he has just spoken to me before ever. Disgusting. Have to edit due to the lies they respond with. You rang me at 14:00 to say I can collect the car and I asked what time you closed, you therefore let me know to collect just before 16:00 as I told you I couldn’t make it out of work again to collect until 15:50. I arrived at Salop 4x4 today and asked Len to look at my looser than normal steering on my 28 year old Defender which had also developed a clunking sound. Len immediately inspected my Defender on the ramp, said it was unsafe to drive and sent me to a local cafe while his team replaced the knackerd steering u joint. As ever Len and his team were extremely competent, caring and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
