Staff provided friendly and professional service, my item was out of stock but they kept me up to date and promptly posted when it was available.
The buisness needs to update the new opening hours! As I travelled 20 mins after work to discover they closed at 3 pm very frustrating , ours on website 8-5pm Monday -Friday
This mornings experience was truly disappointing and disheartening. No compassion. If I knew how my interaction this morning was going to go, I would have just gone straight to Glamaco in kawana. I have never had any other problems here until today. It's not hard to show others kindness and compassion. I just want to say that the way you treat people really can make an impact and change the whole course of their day.
