The buisness needs to update the new opening hours! As I travelled 20 mins after work to discover they closed at 3 pm very frustrating , ours on website 8-5pm Monday -Friday
This mornings experience was truly disappointing and disheartening. No compassion. If I knew how my interaction this morning was going to go, I would have just gone straight to Glamaco in kawana. I have never had any other problems here until today. It's not hard to show others kindness and compassion. I just want to say that the way you treat people really can make an impact and change the whole course of their day.

The witch behind the counter was incredibly condescending and rude. Told me my level 6 copper brown hair needed a full colour correction if I wanted a level 5 brown 😅 and that going darker wasnt a good idea because I wouldn’t suit dark brown hair even though my natural colour is a neutral level 4. This place blows.
