I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. The owner plays clear favorites, and it’s obvious they care more about money than maintaining a fair or honest business. So many rooms sit empty because the location is terrible, and yet they charge more than salons in Southlake, which is ridiculous. I’ve had several friends leave because of how they were treated, and they refused to tolerate the owner’s dishonesty any longer. Please!!!!! Do not use Lily Doan!!!! I had the most horrific experience of my life. I had grown my long hair out for 20 months…. It is destroyed. I don’t even recognize my hair. When I cried I swear to God her response was…. Get over myself. It’s just hair. From a hairdresser. My heart is broke. I have hair an inch from my scalp… I don’t know if it was shears… which I have never used in my life. It will take years.
