I visited this beauty salon for a full grooming and facial treatment before a family event, and overall the experience felt very comfortable. The staff took time to understand my skin type before suggesting any treatment, which I appreciated. The facial was done gently without rushing, and they explained each step as they went. I’m really disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, I texted reference photos to the stylist so there would be no confusion about what I wanted. When I arrived, she asked to see the photos again, which was fine. However, about 90% of the way through the haircut, I asked what she was doing because it didn’t look like the reference at all.
