Every Studio in Salons by JC is Leased to an independent business owner. The Salons at Providence Commons is always very clean, and everyone is very friendly.
I had the most bizarre experience with Torrey Duerr hair. I have family in NC so she knew I was planning my NC trip around this hair appointment. Once I got to town she had to cancel and reschedule which was no problem I understand things come up, but then she cancelled a second time with no offer to reschedule or to try to fit me in during the remainder of my 2 weeks in town. Front desk worker/greeter will drive away good business. I’ve always enjoyed my experience when visiting, however, my last visit was extremely unaccommodating, primarily due to the front desk worker’s lack of skills in customer service. Very disappointed.
