My co-worker had her had bleached by Adriana and left with severe chemical burns on her scalp. She asked for a full refund, but Adriana refused to reimburse her for the haircut, only the color. I was shocked and appalled at how bad her scalp looks and her hair is white with purple streaks left by toner that wasn't washed out. Bad hairdresser and bad business practice. It's going to cost my co-worker to have this corrected and medications to treat her blistered scalp.
