I got two tattoos by Bear and both are so so amazing ! Strangers will compliment me. He has good conversation and remembers things from my first visit that was about two years ago, he really cares for his clients and truly believes in being kind to everyone.
I wish I never moved in here. I’m not satisfied at all. I can’t wait to move out. Terrible management
