Purchased a halo processor it blew up on my clients head! The liability alone and they done answer the phone I called about 25 times. Scam company never ever order from them ! If you email them you get short answer back and they don’t call back or email back until after your warranty is over scam! ! 795.00 wasted!

I’ve ordered the rotating heat dryer 6/9 and it’s almost August and still haven’t received any tracking information I tried calling and canceling my order no answer and I’ve emailed no answer , it’s a good price advertised but nothing ever comes so it’s definitely not worth the investment

BUYER BEWARE....I’m having the same experience other have had with ordering from this place. Almost to a T. I order on 6/12 on their website and it said shipped by 6/21. It’s now 7/8 and the item still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried calling at least 50 times, literally and nobody ever answers, not a single time. Email communication is very very spotty. SalonPro has been a great resource for my salon! Their equipment is affordable, high quality and their service is top notch. I've had some bad experiences before with other companies but Salonpro is one of the few salon equipment companies I trust becauseI know they stand behind their products
