I received highlights from Hair by Kylie Garcia. My first appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before due to her cat being ill. I understood & rescheduled. I received the highlights and noticed the day after that I have a large red/copper blotch in the middle of my hair that is very noticeable against my blonde hair. I took a time stamped picture.
