My wife called them at least 3 different times on different days. No one answers but answering machine said to leave name and number and they will get back to you. No one ever called back. Even told them on last call she had called at least twice before and had never recieved a call back. Didn't help, no return call. Apparently they don't need any more business.
Jana has always been very accommodating and an excellent colorist. I have gone to her for 10+ years - exceptionally attentive.
