So many great reviews - and I had a friend's referral and sadly this salon was a big miss. I made an appointment more than a week in advance and also emailed the salon to reconfirm and got an email from Galen confirming the time. I showed up on time and all Galen had to say was I was not in the book. Several times - no apology - and he let me know it would be 1/2 hour before he could cut my hair.
