So many great reviews - and I had a friend's referral and sadly this salon was a big miss. I made an appointment more than a week in advance and also emailed the salon to reconfirm and got an email from Galen confirming the time. I showed up on time and all Galen had to say was I was not in the book. Several times - no apology - and he let me know it would be 1/2 hour before he could cut my hair. I love what Ramon did! I have received numerous compliments on the cut and color! Ramon was gentle with my hair as he was brushing, cutting and coloring it. It has been a long time since my hair laid and moved this way. The copper color he suggested and used shimmers in the sun!
