One staff member is just unfriendly and very rude. But that bad apple doesn't hurt the bunch. Ther rest of them are extremely helpful, kind and goes out of their way to help. Its that one person who i absolutely dread seeing when I walk in.
This place is getting smaller and smaller. They don't carry half the stuff they used too. No capes, jackets, aprons, bosley md, Nioxin and didn't have matrix 10 color. I won't b back
Customer service was great! Wish the store was open later during the week or on Saturday. Store was well organized and clean.
