The store itself is very well organized, clean, and easy to shop, which I appreciated. However, my experience with customer service on Saturday was uncomfortable. The associate working that day repeatedly questioned whether I was a licensed cosmetologist and asked me to prove that I worked at a local salon. I explained that I was traveling through from Florida and have been licensed for many years, but I still felt scrutinized. the associate believed I was not a cosmetologist, despite my account being visible.
