Horrible customer service, really rude. Went in to purchase hair brush and strip lashes and refused to sell and kicked me out because i wasn’t a licensed hair dresser.
Asked about a specific hair dye and was made uncomfortable bye the employee as she gave a vague response followed by snotty comments about whether we had a license or not.
Went in to grab semipermanent hair dye and they said we can’t purchase anything from their store unless we’re licensed hair dressers. Absolutely ridiculous- and they’re just losing business considering they sell tons of regular items like strip lashes, shampoo, and hair brushes.
After going here I will not go back to cosmo prof the girls here were not snooty and were very helpful and awnsered all my questions ! She even followed me around and gave me helpful recommendations! will only go here for now on!! Lifetime customer you have gained!
They no longer sell “chemicals” to someone with an Esthetician license. Freakin ridiculous!!!
