Helpful customer service. My online order never showed up, which has never happened before(couriers fault) and Salon Centric had a new one delivered to my house in one day! Their shipping is normally super quick! I really appreciate their help!!

The hours of this business are a sham, closing at 1:30pm on a Saturday?! What’s the point of even being open! Last time I tried to go they were randomly closed for inventory even though their website stated open hours. Save yourself the trip & go to Cosmo Prof instead.

If I could do zero stars I definitely would. I'm at a Redken salon north of Toronto, been a Redken salon for nearly 15 years . Ever since salon centric bought and took over Alternative, we have had nothing but problems with them. From not having a sales rep, having several different reps in a short period of time, to now having a rep that knows nothing about hair or the relationship between rep and their client and not knowing how to do their job or submit an order..
