Helpful customer service. My online order never showed up, which has never happened before(couriers fault) and Salon Centric had a new one delivered to my house in one day! Their shipping is normally super quick! I really appreciate their help!!
The hours of this business are a sham, closing at 1:30pm on a Saturday?! What’s the point of even being open! Last time I tried to go they were randomly closed for inventory even though their website stated open hours. Save yourself the trip & go to Cosmo Prof instead.
If I could do zero stars I definitely would. I'm at a Redken salon north of Toronto, been a Redken salon for nearly 15 years . Ever since salon centric bought and took over Alternative, we have had nothing but problems with them. From not having a sales rep, having several different reps in a short period of time, to now having a rep that knows nothing about hair or the relationship between rep and their client and not knowing how to do their job or submit an order.. just in case anyone is thinking of applying here and want to know what it's like to work here: i worked at Alternative Beauty for a short while before moving out of province. i have nothing but respect for ownership, management and the employees. the respect and family dynamic that was shown and given to me during my short time here I'll never forget as I've never experienced anything like it before or after.
