Since becoming SalonCentric they only want to be that when it’s convenient. They DO NOT honor SalonCentric policies or returns. They also do not honor SalonCentric sales and deals. As soon as you question them on it they say they aren’t a SalonCentric store and that they are still just State Beauty Supply. Like I said only when it’s convenient. When I walked in, which was about 9-10am, it was extremely clean, which was nice to see, the employee was attentive, she said hello with a smile the moment I walked in this morning, she was very sweet along with very helpful, all I needed to grab was a few things for what I was doing with my color I showed the employee what I was going to do, she even helped me pick out the perfect pink for my goal hair! Before you buy something from here check the price at locations. They raise raise there prices. Funny how after I bought the product I called 3 other locations to check the price because it was 25 dollars more expensive then it normally is. Also paid for a color that they were out of stock on, they told me a order was being placed and they should have it in, in about 5 days which was fine because my client wasn’t going to need it until a couple of days after that.
