The worst Salon Centric I’ve ever shopped at. I placed an order online and my mom was the designated person to pickup. There was items missing from the order, so they said that they would refund the missing items in the invoice emailed to me. 2 items were missing from this order that I still got charged for, so I called and asked if they could either refund me the money or put them up front for pickup. So the first problem I had is they said my account wasn't active, I literally had my license and had already purchased from them that same week ... The girl at the front gave me a number to call and they verified after a 20 minute hold my account was active. I went back to the store to tell the girl and then she looked up my name and saw they gave me the wrong account number. I was so irritated. Why didn't she do this to begin with.
