So I was just in the store not even 2 mins ago. I rarely come to salon centric because I prefer Cosmoprof as they have things that cater more to me. Anyways I came in because I wanted to try out the redken blonde iq high lift color that Cosmoprof doesn’t have. Came in the store wasn’t greeted properly. Whoever this new woman is that’s running the store is incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. As someone who’s been coming here for a while now I hope this isn’t how it’s going to always be.
