Making your customers purchase bags just to be able to carry items out is insane. I will no longer do business with this company for this reason alone!

I called the store to order a product that they did not have. They called in a week and told me it was in. I went to the store to pick it up. It had been sold to someone else, I was there the very next business day after the call mind you, to pick it up too. So they said it would be reordered for the next week and would honor the sale price. I specifically asked this, because I could have ordered it online for the sale price. Visiting from out of state and tried making a purchase at this location and was denied. I have an account with salon centric but I guess they don’t use the online app in Texas and that was my only proof I had with me, I didn’t have a picture of my school ID with me so I was told I couldn’t make a purchase.
