Terrible customer service at this location. I asked if I could use a 30% off coupon I received from Salon Centric via email that says “valid in stores and online” and they refused to use it or even look at the coupon! She said because they are a franchise they don’t take coupons, how is the consumer suppose to know that or expect that when shopping at any Salon Centric? I will be continuing to do to the Plano location because they have great customer service.
Worst customer service. Very rude. Made to feel uncomfortable during my whole shopping experience.
