The girls that work in salon Centric saddle brook are very rude they are not kind and nice this is the worse customer service ever!! They should hire new people with better customer service skills!!
Very rude lady who knew very little about products. I normally don't give poor reviews but I felt forced to. I finally chose to go elsewhere. She was a poor representative of a company.
Be aware of deals and check your receipt. I bought a sale items and got overcharged instead of paying 12.98 I got charged over 40 dollars and nail sales instead of 6 dollars over 14 dollars charged. Girl seemed sweet but they don't know their system well. Going back to see the manager to get my money back and return. this is not the first time it's happening too .
Do not shop at the store! I bought eyelash glue that was less than a quarter full the owner refuse to refund or replace the items. on my second visit to the store I had picked up some things in my hand and set them down to go ask for help to find hair color. All of a sudden I am accosted by an employee accusing me of theift! When I walked back to the table and showed her where I set the items down. She then accuse me of taking a bottle of lotion! Love the products that they have however the employees are another story! Horable custer service also was ment fond of the gossiping that was happening at the register. It would have been great if they had acknowledged my existence!!!!!
I don't get to go here as often as I used to but this place is always consistent! They are one of the few places in the area that carries Essie products too! There's this wonderful gal that works there and she learns her customers names and even calls to tell you about specials!
Worst customer service ever!!! Employees are not welcoming and have a very bad attitude ..all of them especially the manager! !!!
Terrible customer service. Was asking a question and the lady helping me ran away to greet friends or family that came in, then when I went to pay could not be bothered to care about my experience and couldn't even thank me for my purchase or say have a nice day. I worked in customer service for years and would never get away with something like that or blatantly ignore a customer no matter who was in my store.
Horrible customer service. Went in to buy supplies for my salon and the girl t- Kelly here was rude as could be. Over chaged me and didn't know how to use the register. She seemed drunk. Wasted an hour there while she called someone to help her use the register. I would definitely never use the place again
