Isabel here is very unprofessional failing to do bare minimal. Isabel makes up excuses refusing to return items despite customers having receipt, items being new in original package and being well within the return time frame. Furthermore Isabel deliberately refuses customers receipts for purchases. Isabel should be thoroughly reassessed because the aforementioned misconduct is harming Salon Centric's business significantly.
