I come here a lot, but this last 2 times she's asking for too much info to verify if im actually license, my full name, my address, then my ID. I am a license cosmetologist and I come here like every other week and Jocelyn is very rude. The girl in front of me was not asked at all like I was.
Helpful and lovely staff, but not open to general public, only licensed cosmetologists, stylists, etc :)
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always have what I need. Dora is always very helpful
Always a wonderful experience shopping there. Always clean and fully stocked. Dora the manager is always very welcoming and helpful when I can’t find something. Recommend coming here to all my Beauty industry folks.
