Joshua has a cold , condescending energy that is not conducive to his title as Manager. I have been in the store many times on several occasions and it is the same all the time. Makes me want to avoid shopping there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in there last Wednesday as a student hoping to make an account as easy as it was at Cosmo proof. I collected all my items that I needed, went to the front and a guy approached me at the counter. I told him I needed to make an account and he said “Do it on your phone”. His tone set me very off guard, but I went on my phone and made the account to realize that I had to be 18 in order to make an account, which is technically discrimination since you can be a Licensed cosmologist at... read more
