I’ve had an account with SalonCentric Nampa for nearly 20 years, but I very rarely shop here and my most recent visit reminded me why. This location is a license-only store, which I fully respect. However, the way it’s enforced by management feels excessive and unprofessional. Came in 30 min before closing today and Jenna was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products. She was super friendly and went out of her way to get products in the back to show us. I will definitely be back!
