I have been a hairstylist for 30 years. Julie was the best manager they ever had now the store lacks product knowledge stock, shortstaffed rude I will not shop there anymore.
Shante (the manager) had no business cracking open a box and throwing me some free samples when I asked if she had any on hand. VERY great experience here after moving from my regular Detroit store. Will be back!! Thank you Shante - my week is off to a great start.
I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years now. If you look through my past reviews - you will see this is my first bad review. I had great experiences with staff in the past and they were always extremely friendly and helpful. The past two times I’ve gone back to this location recently I’ve felt extremely dismissed and ignored by the employees. I’ve seen the same treatment towards other customers.
