I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years now. If you look through my past reviews - you will see this is my first bad review. I had great experiences with staff in the past and they were always extremely friendly and helpful. The past two times I’ve gone back to this location recently I’ve felt extremely dismissed and ignored by the employees. I’ve seen the same treatment towards other customers. Great Store well run But Julie is greatly missed! A new Redken product that just came out recently was not available because according to the clerk, they didn’t send enough. Wish when they came out with a new product they Sent adequate amounts
This is the best salon centric in wpb, managed sooo well , always has what I need in stock , and Alana is also so sweet. Definitely my go to!!
