I am a manager at a salon and had called this location a few days ago to ask about their shade swap program.i mentioned to the associate on the phone that I had wanted to switch from R and Co to Kevin Murphy. She said that was fine and to come in when the manager was working the next day. I went to the store the following day and had brought in a large bag of color that I had said I wanted to shade swatch for. Tara and the team are absolutely amazing and make every experience so easy. They care about their customers and know them on a personal level. Tara is always on point and has our orders ready as soon as possible to keep us running, and she keeps us informed on sales and education. By far the best SalonCentric I’ve been to, and I will drive the 40 minutes to shop here!

This location BY FAR delivers the best experience you could ask for every time and that’s a huge thanks to the way Tara runs the store. I’ve never had a question that couldn’t be answered, or an order that wasn’t filled right away. Communication is clear , the store is spotless all the time , and these women are always clearly hard at work.
