I love going to saloncentric in sparks, they always have what i need and are usually very friendly and helpful. I was surprised when i visited last and one of the employees had an Airpod in and was talking on the phone. It felt unprofessional when there are customers in the store. I’ve worked in retail before and i understand needing to take a call here and there but this isn’t the first time i’ve been in while she’s on her phone.
