I am a grubhub driver, and I had a really poor experience delivering to one of the staff here. Very unprofessional and downright rude. After an injury, my boyfriend has been helping me out by coming with me and assisting on some of my deliveries. It's obvious that he's not female and that my name probably isn't his, yet she called him by it. He politely corrected her, and tried to move on and complete the order. It’s 10:30 am on a Saturday and the door is locked. Lights on, no one answering the phone? I hope everyone is ok but I need product! Frustrating!
I love going to saloncentric in sparks, they always have what i need and are usually very friendly and helpful. I was surprised when i visited last and one of the employees had an Airpod in and was talking on the phone. It felt unprofessional when there are customers in the store. I’ve worked in retail before and i understand needing to take a call here and there but this isn’t the first time i’ve been in while she’s on her phone.
