I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Alexa or Alexis. As a result, I’ve decided not to return to this location as long as she is an employee there. It is unfortunate as this location is conveniently located just five minutes away from my house and now I will have to travel to Wall to visit SalonCentric. I love coming to this location. Everyone is well versed in the products sold and i’m always met with a smile. Special shout out to Alexis which i’ve personally seen helping multiple guests at once without a sweat. Always very caring and friendly.

Today was my first time coming to the oakhurst location. I will NOT go back here! I felt soooo profiled. As I’m checking out about to hand her my money I tell her this is my first time thinking she will help my experience, maybe suggest a thing or two. No she just gave me a hard time and needed me to prove it was my account. Made me feel like I didn’t belong, couldn’t even find a kind way to ask. Just rude!
