Staff very friendly and always helpful
Lauren is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I had a difficult hair situation and she was kind & professional, which is rare in these times. I highly suggest a raise for Ms. Lauren, because customer service has become quite bad in general. Thankyou Lauren!! I'm the lady who does her own hair & the Shades EQ you suggested was 100% spot on. I will ALWAYS take your advice:)
