So. My biggest question about this place is, why does the staff absolutely hate the customer? If you don't have full access to your salon centric app they will NOT process your purchase. Offer them your phone number? No. Offer them your account number? No.Offer them your license number in Oregon? No. Washington? No. California? No. They are so afraid of actual work, that the thought of having to do anything above lifting their arm to scan the barcode on your phone is inconceivable. Terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted, she seemed really bothered by my questions and sighed because she had to put down her phone. Her tone was really dry and snobby. I also get that the store is for salon workers but a sign on the door would be helpful. She also mumbled "get out, lieta" as I walked out which means she is apart of online harassment groups. Online harassment groups ruin small businesses
I am So happy this is my Local Salon Centric - All the staff is knowledgeable helpful and friendly! Never had a bad experience or problem with Products and especially happy the staff is A+ !!!! They always are able to answer my questions and more . Life savers !!!
