Terrible customer service. I wasn't greeted, she seemed really bothered by my questions and sighed because she had to put down her phone. Her tone was really dry and snobby. I also get that the store is for salon workers but a sign on the door would be helpful. She also mumbled "get out, lieta" as I walked out which means she is apart of online harassment groups. Online harassment groups ruin small businesses
I am So happy this is my Local Salon Centric - All the staff is knowledgeable helpful and friendly! Never had a bad experience or problem with Products and especially happy the staff is A+ !!!! They always are able to answer my questions and more . Life savers !!!
This is hands down my favorite location to stop in! The store manager is the sweetest girl ever! Every time I come in she is ready to help me find anything I can't and has even checked the back for things when I've asked on multiple occasions. She'll go above and beyond for anyone and it makes for a wonderful shopping experience.

One of the best beauty supply stores! All the staff are great and knowledgeable, and always helpful! Products are always well stocked and that always makes for a easy shopping experience!
