Always friendly customer service. Wish there was more for spa/estheticians though. Caters more for comsetologist. Still a great source for items.

Sometimes when you’re down and out you get a person who magically appears to help. My hair isn’t cooperating lately so I bought a wand. I learned you definitely need a glove or you’ll get burned (many times!). I walked into the Augusta location and explained my dilemma, the woman at the counter asked if I bought the wand there or if I’m a regular customer (which I am).
