This is always my favorite salon centric to visit!! The staff are amazing and easy to talk too! I’m always sent home with some samples to try!
Love the store customer service isn’t great quite rude feels uncomfortable
Today, July 28th, around 12:36 PM, I visited this store for the first time to purchase some L’Oréal products, including shampoo and hair masks. I had already registered with the store, and this was my first time shopping in person to get to know it better. Unfortunately, both the sales associate and the lady who attended me were not friendly at all. They seemed eager to get rid of me quickly. The lady didn’t even offer me a bag, so I left carrying all my products in my hands. This was a very disappointing first impression.
Great shop! They take very good care of their clientele.
