came into the store and was told by Nina B, that I would Not be able to return my unopened product without a receipt, I could only exchange. To the ladies who called a salon owner to tell them that the person picking up their order was a bad representative to the Salon. You have it backwards! Were you a good representative of the company you work for? I think not! The minute I walked in the girl with the half black/white hair was judgemental and snotty about needing the code! I went to the Palm Harbor store for the first time since I moved and they were quite unfriendly. No greeting. The lady with the cool white 2-tone hair barely looked at me. I asked where Amika was and she answered like i was bothering her. Her back was turned to her computer. The other 2 employees were stocking.
