Greeted warmly and timely as soon as I came in. I appreciate the warmth as I am a retired 66 year old customer. The young lady assisting me was so incredibly knowledgeable and willing to guide me! My visit was lovely and I appreciate the overall respect and warmth towards me, as a retired esthetician. They spent a good amount of time with me and guided me both on ceramic tools as well as hair products. Much kinder than folks up the street at the other supplier! I recommend Salon Centric.
Employee Katie is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist! Every time I visit the store and she's on duty she gives me great customer service!
By far the most knowledgeable and helpful store manager I’ve encountered in all the professional hairdresser stores I’ve shopped in. I had a huge inventory shopping trip to stock my 2 salons, and Katie was such a huge help! She even organized and labeled all my toners to help me with my purchase and salon inventory, and made sure I was taking advantage of all possible ways to save some money in process! Great experience, and had all the products I needed, I highly recommend this location!
I have to take the time to acknowledge the amazing job that the girls at the Groton store do. I've always had the pleasure to work with Bella, Star and Katie and I can honestly say, that their kindness, knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT ON SHIFT!!!
