I recently had a Keratin Compelx treatment done to my hair. They changed their formula. It doesn’t smooth and causes your hair to fall out if that’s something you care about. I’m so mad. You don’t mess with someone’s hair. I will NEVER shop here or with Keratin Complex or any of their partners ever again that’s to my knowledge.
Just an fyi, you have to be licensed to shop here. I stopped in just for a single nail file and regular polish remover and they wouldn’t sell it to me.
