I like how this location is close, but with pros there is cons like Manager-Holly and employees. My daughter has many bad experiences, she enters happy, buys her products, does whatever she needs to do, loves being a hairstylist but one problem is The Manger-Holly. She always makes it uncomfortable for her to shop, giving attitude, talking bad about costumer, and employees acting clueless like if someone is forcing them to work. Michelle is the absolute best!!! She is so helpful and goes above and beyond for the customer!!!!! My favorite salon centric by far!!!
Okay the store well organized and I love all the products that I get from there but other than that the customer service is horrible the manager gives attitude for no reason maybe because of my race, not professional at all, the only down side.
