I’ve had more than one bad experience at this Salon Centric, and this is the second time dealing with the same employee, who has a rude attitude and poor customer service. She was dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The first time I interacted with this employee, she was disrespectful and not helpful at all. This SalonCentric has truly done a complete 180 since last year, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s amazing how the change in staff completely transformed not just the store, but the entire experience. The new team has brought in a wave of positivity they’re professional, friendly, caring, and genuinely welcoming.Before, my stylists and I dreaded walking through the doors. This is from Lisa at hair with flair ! I cannot say enough positive things about the ladies at this store. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. I am so thankful that my job is made easier and more pleasant because of them ! A million thank yous from Lisa and Tony !
