I cannot say enough good things about this location! The store is so organized and very clean and tidy I had no issues finding what I needed. Ashley was very helpful when I had questions about products/color and what would be the best options for me and my salon company. As she was cashing me out she also let me know of the upcoming events in the store. Great vibes! I cannot wait to visit again!

I’ve had more than one bad experience at this Salon Centric, and this is the second time dealing with the same employee, who has a rude attitude and poor customer service. She was dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The first time I interacted with this employee, she was disrespectful and not helpful at all. This SalonCentric has truly done a complete 180 since last year, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s amazing how the change in staff completely transformed not just the store, but the entire experience. The new team has brought in a wave of positivity they’re professional, friendly, caring, and genuinely welcoming.Before, my stylists and I dreaded walking through the doors.
