Busy stylist here, and Salon Centric makes my life easier. I’ve shopped here since they opened and it’s my go-to for professional products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helpful — never pushy, never salesy. They’re open 7 days a week, with early mornings for last-minute grabs before my first client and later hours a couple nights a week. Saturdays and Sundays? Yes please. Thank you Salon Centric and a shout out to Kelly the manager of the Tricities location you have made up for my last five inconveniences I went through prior. Kelly was patient and kind helping me resolve the problems I went through when buying product. I can now have an amazing experience when I come to buy products.
I am a licensed cosmetologist who owns a barbershop I have been shopping at salon centric for years and in the last six months every time I try to come and buy products I get hassled I have to show my cosmetologist license ever time thank goodness I take a picture of it. Then I get told I can only buy some product and not other products. I can buy color but not the processing solution??? I will not patronize the store any longer to my understanding when you have a full cosmetologist license, you are able to buy all products.
