It’s very clear this store has no management. Since Abbey left the 2 employees that I’ve encountered don’t even say hello, good morning, welcome in NOTHING. I’ve verbalized that and they act like I have 3 heads. Maybe you should start all over with brand new staff that appears to want to be there.
Absolutely love this store. This location has a lot to offer brand wise.
Ill never forget the time i went to this location with a client to pick up toner and the worker at the time message another stylist that i dont even know that knew my client and told them we were there buying color. That stylist proceeded to text my client and say that " i can do your hair". Like what immature highschool ran business is this?
Had a great experience came in there the last minute just to grab a few things and ended up causing a hole ordeal with the lady working in the cashier kept freezing and locking up and shutting down and restarting and she was very patient and helpful waiting even though they were closed and it was time to go I really appreciated her help
