I tried to get an exchange or compensation here but to no avail. I was spoken to in a snarky manner and ghosted. The blow dryer lasted 7 months and then quit . It was registered and a complaint filed . Don’t buy a BioIonic appliance- over 300$ junk. And don’t expect a place where u have purchased beauty supplies for years to give a rip about you because they do not .
