I don’t go to salon centric often but today I feel highly offended by Denise. I verbally let her know that and she still failed to apologize for her unprofessionalism with being unable to acknowledge My Account in their system. I had to provide my ID because she said she’s never saw me before and if she could verify that I was a professional by looking at me that she wouldn’t need an ID. I highly recommend to remove her from the store location or give her some extra training.
I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1993/4 been so long I can't remember but I can say I have NEVER been asked for my ID before. Then when I give my ID I'm asked my name to make sure it's me.. I would not feel any type of way If the 4 people in front of me or at least one of them was asked.... but no not one. I don't want to assume anything but there was only one obvious difference between me and everyone else.
