Well stocked beauty supply store. Most of the people who are working there are helpful and friendly.
Ordered same day pick-up product and had my sister pick it up. We live over an hour from this salon centric location so usually we order beforehand that way it is ready by the time we pick up. My sister gets there and one of the retail workers (Cassandra) was extremely rude to my sister (the entire time I might add) and told her that they cancelled it because they didn’t have the product I ordered? Cassandra at this location is very rude. Unkind, unprofessional, and lacking customer service skills. Unwilling to help at all. Scoffed at the other employee who was trying to help me. Thank you to Rachel for being patient, kind and attempting to help come up with a solution when all Cassandra wanted to do was huff and puff and roll her eyes. Find a new job, sweetheart. Maybe customer service isn't your calling.
