i’ve genuinely never met a ruder manager in my life, i wouldn’t leave a review if she was only rude once but EVERYTIME i go in this salon centric she has an stank attitude, is passive aggressive, and stares at you the whole time you’re in there. i would much rather drive 20 extra minutes to mooresville then shop here lol
Rude, don’t engage with your co worker the whole time you’re checking a customer out. I always have a good experience coming to this establishment but this morning you didn’t have to keep conversing with your co worker as if I wasn’t even there checking out.
Very helpful staff. Love my girls.
