I'm absolutely loving Salon Centric in West Covina! The team is top-notch, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Natalie - she's been a lifesaver! So helpful and friendly, she's always got a smile and a solution. The products are amazing, and the service is always on point. Natalie and the team at Salon Centric are the real deal.
I don’t go to this location anymore because I had very bad experiences with the women there, they’re rude and disrespectful. Asking for your ID. I rather drive to Arcadia is a total difference they are very nice and helpful.
Love this store but oh my gosh what is up with the air conditioning ? It feels hotter in there than it feels outside, hope the store fixes this before the summer heat really rolls in, very uncomfortable in there
Got a promotional call from this location that was supposedly based on my recent purchases however I have never once in my life visited the salon centrics in Arcadia come to find out there have been several transactions in the last few months in which both the Arcadia and West Covina locations have been allowing somebody to use my account without my permission authorization consent or knowledge.
