Going over all these reviews I realize that most of these horrible comments and reviews are of people that are NOT LICENSED and DO NOT have accounts. I have shopped here for many years and have always had an amazing experience and the best service. The employees in this location have been there for many years and are very knowledgeable. I own my Salon and thank them for keeping it professional and protecting our industry.
I love the customer service! Mayra, María and Elsy are the best ! Friendly and knowledgeable! Very happy with this store! Clean , plenty of products to choose from. They guide me when I have a question of products that I haven’t try yet because of course! I always buy my favorites ones! Sometimes people come in and they don’t have a license in the industry! and get upset because they can’t buy products in the store! So as a professional in the industry I appreciate that!
