I would like to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with your store. I arrived during your posted business hours, expecting the store to be open, only to find it closed with no explanation provided. As a customer, I rely on the posted operating hours when planning my schedule. Traveling to the store only to find it unexpectedly closed was inconvenient and disappointing. If there was a change in hours or an unexpected closure.
Rachel, the manager is absolutely outstanding. Her store is clean. She knows about the products , you ask her questions she’s making sense with her answers . She is absolutely wonderful with her customer services and we definitely recommend this location a hundred fold.
I absolutely Love, love Ivory. That Salon Centric location has me and my fellow hairstylists want to shop there , just because they are knowledgeable, the customer service is absolutely immaculate, it’s super clean, the quality is excellent, I don’t even want to shop at their competitors at all, that location is all I need . I definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality, customer care, cleanliness etc, etc
Came on a Saturday at 3:20 pm just to find a paper on the door with a handwritten note: “closed, sorry for the inconvenience” not good at all.
