Elle is the staff here at this store. Comes off very rude as well unprofessional. Today I’ve watched her made a hand sign language calling someone/customer weird as there customer walking out the door. She was free to register my items today but not said a word and walked away to do other things . My last visit with her she couldn’t find me in the system and rudely said I can’t shop there. I’ve left to come back later after signing back into my account , I walk in and she publicly threw an attitude still tried to refuse. I’v... read more

What an amazing experience! Yoly the store manager, always greets me with the biggest smile when I walk in! She’s so informative about any sale or deal and makes sure that I know what’s new before I get started shopping because she know I like to hear about new products. If I ever need anything that the store is out of, she checks the back and the upcoming orders to let me know when I can expect it and offers to either hold it for the day or have it sent to me! Love her and the energy she brings to this store!
I love the staff at our largo location. The store manager Yoly along with Elle ( Lacie ) and Stephanie-and Charles!! (He's so funny!) are always so kind and helpful!!! It's amazing to see their smiles and good energy Always a pleasure
